Thank you for shopping at DogHaul! We're committed to getting your pup's new gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
We currently ship to the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: $7.99 per order
Free Shipping: On all orders over $50

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at doghaul.co@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon!
