RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you and your pup to love your DogHaul products. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used dog toys or chews
- Opened treats or food products
- Items damaged by pets
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at doghaul.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, please email us at doghaul.co@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
